Bio:
Born and raised in London, UK, am a proud British Bangladeshi woman whose life has been shaped by her deep-rooted values, strong sense of community, and unwavering commitment to helping others. A dedicated public servant, she has worked in local government for over 20 years, using her knowledge and compassion to contribute to the betterment of society through her role within the UK government.
A graduate of the Class of 2003, my academic and professional journey reflects my drive to make meaningful change. Guided by my Muslim faith I have spent more than a decade deeply involved in charitable work—both in the UK and internationally.
My efforts have reached communities in need across the world, with a particular focus on humanitarian aid, empowerment, and sustainable support for vulnerable populations.
While I do not consider herself a poet, I often find expression through writing—penning heartfelt quotes inspired by her own life experiences and the world around her. my words resonate with empathy, strength, and reflection, offering glimpses into a life dedicated to service, faith, and resilience.
With a quiet humility and a powerful sense of purpose, I continue to lead by example—driven not by recognition, but by the belief that even small acts of kindness can create lasting impact.
